01
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use apply to the public Cardon Health website and any product access surface that links to them. By using those surfaces, you agree to these terms.
Product pilots, subscriptions, deployments, support, data processing, business associate obligations, security exhibits, service levels, and payment terms are governed by signed agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.
02
Website content
Website content is provided for general product and company information. It is not medical, clinical, coding, reimbursement, legal, privacy, security, or compliance advice.
Product descriptions may change as Cardon Health evolves. We may update or remove website content at any time without creating a support, availability, or feature commitment.
03
No patient submissions through public channels
Public website forms, ordinary email, and demo scheduling channels are not intended for protected health information, patient records, clinical images, visit audio, or other sensitive patient data.
Agencies and authorized users should use approved product or support channels only after the appropriate customer agreement and BAA are in place.
05
Clinical responsibility
Cardon Health supports documentation workflows by generating drafts, evidence links, validators, QA views, and delivery workflows. It does not replace professional clinical judgment, patient assessment, agency policy, payer requirements, or final clinician review.
Authorized clinicians and agencies are responsible for obtaining and documenting patient consent, reviewing generated content, correcting errors, approving final charts, signing documentation, and determining whether any documentation is complete and appropriate for patient care, billing, survey, audit, or EHR submission.
06
Acceptable use
You may use Cardon Health only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, agency policies, and documentation requirements.
- Do not attempt to access systems, organizations, charts, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not interfere with, probe, scan, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt Cardon Health or its security controls.
- Do not submit malicious code, deceptive content, unlawful material, or patient data through unapproved public channels.
- Do not use outputs as final clinical documentation without appropriate human review and approval.
07
Customer data and permissions
As between Cardon Health and the customer, customer data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permission, consent, and authorization basis for data submitted to the service.
Cardon Health may process customer data to provide the contracted service, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, maintain auditability, support integrations, and comply with applicable law and agreements.
08
Integrations and third-party services
Cardon Health may connect with EHRs, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, email services, and other third-party systems. Customer use of integrations may be subject to separate third-party terms, permissions, security settings, and data practices.
Cardon Health is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control, including customer-selected destinations, EHR behavior, network availability, or changes made by third-party providers.
09
Intellectual property and feedback
Cardon Health, the website, software, workflows, design, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Agentic Labs Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not grant any right to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Cardon Health except as allowed by a signed agreement.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while still respecting customer confidentiality and data obligations under applicable agreements.
10
Availability, changes, and suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue public website features at any time. Product availability, support, service levels, and termination rights are governed by signed customer agreements where applicable.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe use creates security, legal, operational, or contractual risk, including unauthorized access, abuse, nonpayment, or violation of these terms or a signed agreement.
11
Disclaimers and limitations
The public website is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardon Health disclaims warranties for website content, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
For public website use not covered by a signed agreement, Cardon Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from website use. Product liability limits, exclusions, and remedies are governed by signed customer agreements.
12
